What a use of JACK ?
I'm courious. After many trials I succeeded to use Ardour, Rosegarden...
Still I don't understand why we have to use JACK. Making music is a very complicated thing under Linux. Each time I must connect to the JACK server, to define in/out ports. Why would it be smarter than just having a central audio system like in Windows. I have Creative Audigy 2 with ASIO driver (2ms of latency). Under ALSA I don't have any advance of its capabilities. Instead of it I have to deal with some marginal problems. Shall it be changed ?
I think, maybe this is the only thing we should clone from Windows. It's simply not handy!!
What do you think ? Or why it has to be such it is ?

Because Linux is not Windows, I haven't used any of that programs but you maybe can create a script to do it for you.
