    does suse 10.1 not come with glut, or have packages for it ?
    I have freeglut installed but that doesn't contain the glut headers needed for some of my programs. Does this mean I have to install if from source, or are there any repositories that have whats needed?

    What is glut? I remember trying to install some program recently and it said glut.h could not be found or something.

    I think it stands for openGL Utility Toolkit, its added functionality for opengl.
