    Changeing root space

I got a problem. I had this little computer with windows xp s. 2 already on it. Though I wanted to try out linux. My uncle gave me the dvd to install linux. Once it has finished I've put my DVD drive back in my Host computer. Though, now I figured, If I install all the packages from the DVD into my computer. Then no more trouble getting every time my DVD driver from my Host to my Little computer.
    One problem..
I didn't had the right capacity for the installation. Though on my mount I still got 11 g's left. How can i transfer more g's from my "Homes" folder into my "/" folder.

I hope someone can help me.
    Kind regards, Grimmed.

This depends a on how you have partitioned your disk. If / and /home are right next to each other then it should not be that difficult to resize your home partition then your / partition. In YaST go to System then Partitioner. You may be able to solve your problems there.
