Arrow <3>PCI: Cannot allocate resource region 0 of device...

Getting this error every time I boot:

<3>PCI: Cannot allocate resource region 0 of device 0000:00:00.0

Any ideas? This has happened in other distro also... I have no idea where to even start, any help would be appreciated.

    Intel 865PERL MoBo
    Pentium 4 HT 2.8ghz
    1gb ram
    ATI radeon 9800 AGP

    Thanks, Nate

Removed the ATI 9800 and replaced with a Geforce, no more error. Must be an ATI thing.
