    migrating suse linux install

    Hi

I'm running an existing install of suse 9.0 on a 15GB hard drive. I want to move this install to a bigger hard drive, does anyone have any tips on how to do this? Does Suse make it easy? Do I need to do a new install and somehow move my data and server settings?

    thanks

If you have room in your box, a quick way to do it is to install the new drive along wih the old drive and mount the new drive " /home " .
That works on 10.0 & 10.1 so I assume it will work with your installation.

If you don't have the room in your box you could use 3rd party software to copy the old drive to the new one.
