    Help with BG

Hey guys, I'm kinda new to Linux. I just installed it on my computer 6 months ago so some things are taking a little time getting used to. Now the one thing I'm having problems with is the Background image. I'm running Linux Suse 10.1 Open source. Basically I found a backround image I want to put onto my computer's background, but it doesn't want to work. Like windows if you right click on the image online it will give you the option to put the image as a background image, as it does on Suse, but it won't put it on the desktop. It just sits there and nothing is changed.. Please someone, help me out a little, and it would be much appreciated.

If you right click on the desktop and click "configure desktop", there is an option in there to navigate to the file you want to put on the desktop.

I have a folder full of pictures so I can change the picture whenever I get bored of the current one.

    Good luck!

ah ok, so just right clicking the pictures on the web and add them as a desktop picture? If not that's fine, I was only wondering how to do it.

I tried that as well, but it didn't work for me. I just save the picture to a file and then put it on the desktop using "configure desktop" as I posted earlier.
