Gday guys and gals,

I have searched the forums for an answer to the following with no luck. Please if I have overlooked a post like this, please feel free to reply with just the link to that post.

I have just completed installing Suse 10.1 on my Toshiba A10. The install went well, but I am unable to find a sound device on the laptop.

There are some posts on the Toshiba website that say that it has been done, but I have tried selecting all the same hardware that they recommend with no luck...I am thinking now that perhaps I am doing something wrong.

Has anyone else with an A10 or something similar had any luck with sound (And video) I have video working alright, but not just as crisp as I would have liked.

Please excuse my ignorance, but I am only new......
