i recently installed Suse10.1 and added the firmware files for the wireless adapter on an X31 laptop. Eth0 is the wired connection Eth1 the wireless. When i connect eth0 i get an IP without a problem. eth1 never gets it's ip config. /var/logs/networkmanager says DHCP is started (12) then starting (1). I keep getting auto IPs for the configuration. I'm pretty new to this so any help would be appreciated. I've tried connecting to several wireless networks and while te SSID is seen in NM, they all fail to obtain an address dynamically.
