Starting A Network Install With A Twist
Hi,
My Request in help seems simple, but there is a catch.
I am wondering if I can start it off under windows or DOS, well the DOS from a 98 boot disk.
Can anyone help me and my unusual request.
Thanks in Advanced

That is indeed an unusual request. Out of curiosity more than anything, why do you want to do this? What does this provide that a regular network install can not?

Hi,
I manage a network, mainly remotly, and as the machines both need windows and linux on them, I have got an automated build of windows already there. Just I am having trouble starting my unattended install from a CD or USB Stick.
As it is a dual boot and windows doesn't like to be moved once installed,
instead of waiting around for all the stations to finish installing Windows to start the Suse install manually, or people waiting until I have free time to get over and start the install around other people.
This is why I have my request. I was wondering if, as it is a Suse install, that putting my request here will help me out alot more than in a general group.
I hope I have explained my unusual situation enough!
Thanks
