Open Ldap

SOrry to post over here the query

can anyone let me know that what it mean to install the openLDAP
on system thru the following way.....

./configure --{avaible option}
make depend
make
make install

when Im trying to issue this command it is giving an issue like
not allowed

It sounds like you're trying to install from source. Did you try installing the OpenLDAP packages through YaST?

yeah I have tried ....NEway I got it
Instead of giving the path I configured ldconfig once .....and it worked .....

But can u tell me what is the exact procedure to configure apache2 httpd.conf for subversion with LDAP...
