(Shrunk)DVDs and Xine Issues
I was watching a movie, and I won't go into any more details than that. It's a commercial DVD, around 8.3 MBs, and I shrank it with DVD Shrink, in Windows, to 4.65. On Windows, it would run fine, but on Linux(same hardware, etc), it wants to chop up. This is when I watch it on Mplayer. Now, onto Xine issues. When running ANY kind of frontend based on the Xine, I get Xine Engine Errors.
Now, when I do the Log Viewer, I'm seeing tons of plugins that loaded, and, it worked fine before I installed a Kaffeine-Mozilla plugin, in an attempt to get WMVs to play correctly. ((Mplayer gives me the runaround, saying it is going to initialize, but it doesn't ever do it.)) So, any help on any or all of these problems would make my existence much more tolerable. Thank you very much. There is no demuxer plugin available to handle 'file:/usr/share/xine/skins/xine-ui_logo.mpv'. Usually this means that the file format was not recognized.
