To run sleeper and disable the screensaver.

This is my first time to use SUSE. I need your help badly. I have just installed Suse Beta 2.
First I want to disable the annoying Screensaver
Second I want to test the Sleeper (s1/S3/S4) - Any help running the sleeper.
Please help.
