    Repositories...

Okay, so I use YaST with Repositories(Guru, Packman, and SUSE 10.1 DVD). I have Refresh set on Guru and Packman, and all three are on. Now, when I try to download some packages, it tells me that none of the sources have any of the dependencies on there, and it also tells me this on software updates. Do I need to add more repositories, and, if so, which ones?

Weird. What packages are you trying to install?

There are loads more you could think of adding -- have a look here.

Well, it was like LDVD, and xDVD Shrink and such as that, it keeps refusing. Also, how do I set up the installation source to make YaST go ahead and update me to SUSE 10.2? I tried the links, but maybe I didn't set it correctly?

To upgrade to 10.2, don't you have to go to 'software management --> online update'? It sounds to me like you're sorting through packages manually instead...(I could be wrong though).

He never mentioned updating to 10.2 (I think)

Try posting a screen shot of "yast -> software -> installation sources"
