I would like to connect my creative zen micro to my linux box, but suse 10.1 does not recognize it to be pluged in. I googled around and found a program called Gnomad2, witch appearantly allows your computer to find zen's and any other creative mp3 product. So i downloaded it burned on disc and put it on my linux ( I havent connected the ethernet card to my modem yet ), but when I open the folder all I get is a long list of files. I thought i had accidently downloaded the source file but appearantly its the tool you use to get this to work, im a total linux noob and have no idea how to use the terminal, so has anyone had this program and can dumb it down for me or simplifiy the steps.
