Hi all,
Having problems with slow Internet access with a clean 10.2 install, I've tried several clean installs but with the same results. A few details:
8mb DSL
Wired Ethernet
I've disabled IPv6 as here : http://www.suselinuxsupport.de/wikka...wToDisableIPV6
LAN is fine can transfer movies around of a server at >8mb/sec
NO firewall
Here's the output of a few cli commands:
cat /etc/resolv.conf
domain ourhouse
nameserver 212.159.13.49
nameserver 212.159.13.50
ifconfig

I'm getting around 150k download just on this machine others (Ubuntu/Mandriva/Suse10.1) on the LAN are having no problems and if I do a fresh install of 10.1 I get around 2 or 3 mb. I'm just out of ideas .. can anyone help ?
Many Thanks
