Hi rishu !!!
Welcome to the LinuxForums !
right click on downloaded file and click on 'Extract here'. this will create a folder 'firefox'. open this folder, look for a file 'firefox' and double click on it. FireFox 2 window will pop up.
create a symlink of this file on Desktop and/or in Menu.
dont un-install earlier version of FireFox. latest version is not available in repositories. whenever it will, Yast will upgrade earlier one. meanwhile, keep both versions.

To install the rpm; right click on it --> open with --> software installer
You'll be asked for the root password, then you've just got to click OK or install.
I haven't got Suse open at the moment so I can't say exactly, but that's the basic idea.
Alternatively open a terminal/console, and log in as root;

[password]
Then install with;
rpm -i /path/to/file/MozillaFirefox-2.0-68.1.i586.rpm
