    Hey guys!
    1、OS:SUSE Linux 10.0 ,GNOME
    2、Problem:
When I follow the sequence "Places-Connect to Server", in the new window, I select "Windows Share" for “Service Type",.......then ,click "OK". Then the icons appeared on my desktop as the follow pics, double click the icon "root“ on the desktop as the follow picture Screenshot1, I visit the netwokplace successfully.
at last, I want to umount(?) the samba icon(root) on the desktop ,Unfortunately,
    I found I can't umount it ! I also try "rm -rf " and "mv",and so on.
    Anyone can help me?
    Thanks !
    Any reply welcomes!

    I have solved it .
FYI, I use SUSE Linux 10.0&GNOME
    1、on the desktop menubar,click "Applications-System-Configuration-GNOME Configuration Editor".
2、In the left field of the "Configuration Editor" window, you should select "/"-"desktop"-"gnome"-"connected_server", under "connected_server",there are several figures, such as "1、2、3、4" and so on, ok ,now you select the figure 1,
on the right field of the window, you can the follow content: "display_name","icon",'uri",etc. what you should do is just delete all these by right
    click and select "Usent Key".
3、Now, the annoy desktop icon disappeared.
