I have a file that I've chg'ed the the owner to another owner,then check to see if that user was listed (ls -l)(they were) and they were listed.Also, we are in the same group. I had them logon to delete a test file but that user was unable to do it.
I then loged on and was able to delete the file(I created it)

I thought that if I did a chown that the new owner would be able to delete the file.
What did I miss??
