cant boot dvd for suse 10.1

hi all,

I am having problems booting the dvd . I downloaded suse 10.1, onto hard drive and from there onto a dvd.

But when i try and boot it, it doesnt do anything, uploads os i already have(windows xp) instead.

I checked it in the drive, and it is there, so why isnt it allowing me to boot it



Any ideas? what have i done wrong? what am i missing out?

did you burn the disc as an image or a straight out data disc?
