    Xgl and Compiz help

Ok, I followed the directions on the opensuse website for configuring xgl and compiz for opensuse 10.2 with KDE. I downloaded the video card drivers, all of that went just fine. I configured xgl using the gnome-xgl-settings command in the terminal, made the 2 files with Kate and placed them where the instructions say to. The first thing I notice is that when I go to my settings menu and click the new nvidia icon after doing these steps, my video card settings are no longer there. Everything for the xgl stuff works except for the wobble windows. How can I get this to work?? I can even make the rain on my desktop using the <shift>f9 shortcut. Any ideas?? Also, I would like to add that the ASUS K8N-SLI Premium is a GREAT motherboard and it looks like everything on it is supported, at least, I havn't found anything yet that can't be configured.

Ok, I finally got it all working. I ended up following these instructions http://en.opensuse.org/Beryl and now everything is working GREAT!! Now, I gotta find that transparent cube plug-in, that is just too cool!
