I'm running SuSE 10.1 on an HP zv6000 laptop.

I understand it's quite an ordeal getting the broadcom wlan cards working on these. I've read as much as I could find, and I've tried using fwcutter and ndiswrapper to get a driver, but after 6 hours, I'm ready to give up for the day.

First of all, is there a place to download the drivers after they've been extracted?

Secondly, does anyone have a step by step process for extracting these drivers using fwcutter? The help file that comes with fwcutter is not very clear to me.

I don't think the kernel I have will support ndiswrapper, and I don't know how to update it.
