Hello. I am new the community and Linux since two days ago.

I keep crashing my OS while trying to play with graphics settings. I can't even install Flash to watch videos in Firefox. I couldn't even install FireFox 2.0 lol. Such a noob. I got the cool cube desktop working but not with dual monitors.

    :o
I concerned with getting my GUI back. I have worked with DOS my whole life and even a Tandem Non-Stop OS, I am so lost at the Linux command prompt and so new to Linux that I would really appreciate it if someone pointed me in the right direction as far as changing things back to default for my GUI through the terminal. Or whatever it's called.

Followed another tutorial on this site. Got my GUI back but Cube Desktop isn't working now.

I now know how to start my Desktop from command line.

Also just realized I posted this in wrong section sorry.
