I just installed suse in my computer and I dont know how the heck I can install my wireless antenna which is D-link DWL-520 any help how to installed or configure this ????

I believe the DWL-520 uses the Atheros chipset. (Please correct me if I'm wrong.) If this is the case, I believe that since 10.1, native Atheros support has been removed due to legal reasons. You will need to use either ndiswrapper or madwifi to get your card to work. I have a WDA-1320 that has the same issue, and I fixed it with madwifi.

Check output of /sbin/lspci -v to confirm chipset first. D-Link use different chipsets for the same card and have several cards with nearly the same name ie. dwl-g520, dwl-520+, dwl-g520+
