    Question Weird problem with hardware

I had to change the hardware CD-writer and DVD drives. Now, Suse won't recognize DVD drive. How could I reset the hardware recognition? In fstab the DVD is mounted to /dev/dvd and CD-recorder to /dev/cdrecorder but it hasn't any influence to their usability.
    Thanks

Well, I fixed it with the SUSE installation DVD. The system repair tool did its duty!
