    "make" command...

I'm following These steps to get my Wireless card to work..I'm on SuSE 10.2. After I untar the 80211-1.1.11.tgz and run the "make" command...All of the files in the unzip directory are gone. I am running as root and can't find anything to support this crazyness.

    Thanks for your help

Okay, after you untarred the archive, did you get a new folder? Did you change into that folder and then run make?

Sorry but your post is a bit confusing.

    Thanks for the reply...
After untarring I did go to the newly created folder and ran "make." That's when the files dissappeared..

What's in the folder before you run make?
