    argh KDE not working!

    hey guys,

well, it all happened today - I modified a few user settings for my main user to log on as root etc. anyway thats not the problem ... I think. I installed an ATI graphics driver via RPM because it wasn't in my software manager, and hello? I reboot and it asks me to log in as text mode, so I log in as root and try the 'kde' command to start up KDE, gives me some errors.

I've also tried 'rpm -r package.rpm' but that says the package isn't installed, which I'm sure it is.

well, any ideas would be great, thanks guys!
