OpenSUSE metadata repo error?
YAST keeps listing this error when I try adding the OpenSUSE 10.2 repository for either KDE or Gnome "http://software.opensuse.org/download/GNOME%3a/STABLE/openSUSE_10.2/
Unknown Error: Downloading metadata failed (is YUM source?) or user did not accept remote source. Aborting refresh." The actual Gnome link is http://software.opensuse.org/downloa...openSUSE_10.2/ so I don't know where the "%3a" after the word "GNOME" is being seen. The same "%3a" is also noticed when trying to add the KDE repositories provided on OpenSUSE.org for 10.2. Has anyone else experienced this?

- 02-08-2007 #3The link to the Novell Bugzilla for OpenSUSE 10.2 is for an RC version but the error displayed is similar. I don't believe it's a bug with either YAST or ZMD on OpenSUSE 10.2 but instead a corrupted metadata file which is listed for both the Gnome and KDE repositories at "http://software.opensuse.org/". I entered the same information again today in YAST sources and the repo for Gnome and KDE updated ZMD. The only issue I experienced with adding the repositories today was a warning that the GPG key was unsigned.
