    Unhappy Menu - workspace switcher

i notice that Fedora and ubuntu manages their windows very well. I mean workspace switcher For example (take ubuntu). if i open Firefox on ws1, when i go to ws2 it's not there. Its only active on ws1.Now thats good.FC6 follows the same path.

But suse is reverse. if i open Firefox on ws1,when i go to ws2 its still there. thats not good at all.
isn't there a way to disable this ?
I mean make an app appear on only one ws ?

    (btw, ws = workspace)

At the top left of your window you will see a little icon that loosk like a stick pin. if this is active then the app will appear on all menus if inactive it should only appear on one.
