TEC: Playing movies within browsers?
Dear all,
I just wonder if there is a way to view clips from say NBA.COM or Quicktime.com?
I am able to use mplayer to view most wmv, avi, asf and Quicktime files but not from the browsers say in Firefox. Any hints perhaps?
Thanks!

Anyway, thanks for checking.

Dear Aliov,
I am here at the office and am going to install that plugin (32-bit) into the Lenovo X60. My main concern to it is actually WHICH directory should I be installing that to. I use Firefox, Seamonkey and also Opera, so where should I put them at? I was at home last night putting those plugins into ./home/myname/.mozilla/firefox/plugins last night in my home AMD64 installation last night but it did not work.
Thanks!

Mplayer plugin
In my case it's /usr/lib/firefox/plugins ,for other browser i think seamonky use the same directory of the plugins as firefox but in any case mplayerplugin are not more than 1.4MB,so go to /usr and type (find -name plugins)
and the directories of your plugins for your browsers should appear copy the mplayerplugin files into these directories and that's it
Hope this help.
