    Moving Home

I'm using Novell SUSE Enterprise Server 10.0. When I set this system up I only had one small drive so /home was put on it. Now I have a large external drive and I would like to move /home to that drive and /home will be the only partition on that drive. Can that be done? Is there a tutoral on how to do this? If not would some body tell me how? (I new to Linux.)
