problem in running SusE 10.1

i tried to install suse 10.1, i m new to linux ,having already installed winxp sp1
there is no problem while installing but after that , it doesn't start in graphical mode &
"startx" command also doesn't work .........


what should i do ????????//

First, try running (as root) sax2 to see if this is a display related problem.

If this fails, provide some details on your hardware and errors.

1. No server running.
2. No video BIOS modes for chosen depths.
3. Some thing like : Trans replayed :mountid12

try reinstalling suse10.1 u there might have been a problem with your installation
