    I have seen your comments,but would like to suggest that what you are saying seems to be referring to downloads?????????????????
    I have only to-day recieved my purchased DVD copy of Suse Linux version 64 bit. So should I still be looking at these comments?

    NO. boot up from DVD and start installation. if you are planning for dual boot, create free/unpartitioned space for SuSe before installation.
    It is amazing what you can accomplish if you do not care who gets the credit.
