    Post ??? ADSL modems & linux - Any suggestions

    Looking for a broadband modem to work with SuSE 9.0 and have read that USB-types are not good. I have been looking at the netgear dg834 - has anyone got any ideas? Preferably it would be a 'wired' type as my network is all setup.

    You will not go far wrong with the Netgear DG834 (wired). It is very easy to set up and works flawlessly. I strongly recommend it.

    I have a DG834GT, which has 4 wired ports and also wireless link. Works great.
