issue: unconfigured NIC card always gets IP

it is weird, it didn't setup as DHCP, but as soon as a network cable plug in, it obtains and IP automatically. which is not what I want.

and it only happened to eth0. eth1 has same unconfigured setting, and it didn't happen like eth0.

    Any idea?

Go to YAST > Network Devices > Network Card and configure. You can Edit and setup for static ip's there ( I assume that's what you are trying to do).
