    How can I check what cause it? I changed memory, hard disk, but stil the same thing.

    Did you check your video card settings? What specifically was happening? Was the desktop freezing up?

    sometime, the screen became black right after Opensuse blue screen.

    sometime, it frozen on me when I running yast2.

    and sometime it was working fine for a whole day.

    The first thing I would check would be your video card settings. What type of video card do you have?

    it might be hardware problem. was everything working fine before you install opensuse?
