Arc problem while extracting [ with pics ]

i was trying to extract opera and then that error occured i don't know wht is it !!

it also happened when trying to unpake another zip files

how to fix that

i'm using opensuse 10.2

Are you logged in as Root? Operation not Permitted suggests that may be the problem.

Why don't you use YAST to install Opera instead of tar? YAST>Software>Software Management and Search Opera and then install.

well I've already downloaded opera through yast but it told that there is an update so i went for it and after downloading that happened when extracting even in super user mode , but i didn't try it in a terminal
can you tell me the code for that ?

also i was trying t install Azureus but the same problem faced me
so as you might know Az can't be found in the yast
