    locked taskbar

    I have accidentally locked taskbar, and now i dont know how to unlock it again, because there is not button at taskbar itself, and i could not find anything at personal settings.
    anyone knows way back?

    right click on Panel and select 'unlock'.
    It is amazing what you can accomplish if you do not care who gets the credit.

    It happened in KDE.
    i solved this problem, 'unlock' button got back when i restarted KDE
