    how to change icon?

I recently installed a game in wine and the .exe icon was generic. so I went into the games cd and copied the icon and changed the format to one more suited to linux.. I then changed the generic icon to the new icon.. all went beautiful exept it changed all .exe icons. is there a way to just change a single icon.

    thanks.

Right click the icon select properties-on the general tab top left a large button with the current icon- click it select the icon you want.

    Talking broke

Well, while I was at work a friend was trying to get the icons changed and managed to change all the desktop icons to the same one.... now none work... we did a repair to no avail... was wondering if there is a simple fix or will I be wiping the install and re-installing???

The whole point is to learn how to fix problems and boy am I learning..
