    Suse 10.2 installation problem.

    hello, im very new in linux. and i have Suse10.2 DVD ISO. i tried to install and installation can successfully till computer rebooted. and after that.. when its loadin again to setup network.. root password. user acc. e.t.c my computer screen is full of mouse pointer, and blue color mixed with red, green e.t.c and sometimes white.. i dont know how its come.. waitin 1 hrs.. but problem is still.. ived tried 5 times installation. when i tried ubuntu problem is same as suse.. i think my computer hardware or somethin. did not match.. anyone could you tell me how to do. here my computer configuration.

    its graphics card problem. in SuSe GRUB menu, select SuSe title and press 3. press Enter key. SuSe will boot up in command line mode. log in as root and execute 'sax2'. configure graphics settings. execute 'startx' to check GUI.
    It is amazing what you can accomplish if you do not care who gets the credit.

    thank you very much.. ill try again.. i think ill success.. and one thing.. is linux needs motherboard driver installation like windows.?

    NO. you dont need any drivers for most of hardware parts.
    It is amazing what you can accomplish if you do not care who gets the credit.
