    "system is going down..." OpenSUSE 10,2 - Please help!

    Hello!
    I got Linux openSUSE 10,2 with KDE.

    sometimes, i got this error:
    Broadcast message from root(date and time)
    The system is going down for system halt NOW!
    Please help me i don't know what to do =[

    That is the standard shutdown message. Have you checked your logs, or is there any reason why it should be shutting down? Is your system overheating?

    What is generally happening around the time you get your messages?

    Yes, I got some details.

    First of all, This is Laptop. This thing happends most of times when i don't have FULL battery. when i got (for exemple) 20% power, i plug in the cable. after 10 seconds - 10 miniutes this error comes.
    But, if i don't plug in the cable, there isn't any error.

    Please help.. =/

    P.S.
    I got Beryl 3D cube if it's helping.

    Is Kpowersave showing you have plugged into the power line??

    It sounds like there is a problem senseing the power connection.
