Intel 3945 wireless stopped working on SuSE 10.2
I installed SuSE 10.2 and it detected and configured my wireless card fine. My wireless has worked fine for about a month. Recently, I noticed that my network connection icon isn't showing up in my system tray, for wired or wireless.
It used to detect the wireless networks in range and then display the SSID's and I could select which one to join. Now it just doesn't work, even if I go into YaST and specify the SSID.
The wireless shows up in YaST still like it always has. I looked at the settings in yast and it said the module name is "ipw3945". Then I ran "modprobe ipw3945" and it didn't find the module. I'm guessing this is why it's not working?
What do I need to do to get it up and running again? I'm just learning linux so if I left out some important information, just let me know.
