Sharing a printer over the network would involve getting it setup and shared through Samba. Samba lets non-Windoze machines join into Windoze networks. It is part of the default Suse installation. You will have to configure it, start it up, and open the firewall to get it running.

It might help to read about Making a windows printer available to the Suse machine

    and

Assuming you know how to make folders into shares on windows, it remains for you to be able to see them and access them from Suse. For that to work you need to install a samba client and a local master browser into Suse. Reading is here particularly the segment "Stabilise Network Name Resolution" and the segment "Samba client".

Should you require to share folders on Suse to be seen from windows you could read HowTo Configure Shares on a Linux File Server in a SOHO LAN
