kaffeine resolution help!!

hi

ive been having probs with a tv out on my geforce 6200 in suse 10.2. ive installed the drivers fine, and there all working. the problem is that with my tv being widescreen, the desktop is at the wrong res to display fully. i was wondering if there was a way of getting video to play thru kaffeine thru the tv out at full screen, and most importantly, at the correct res?? if not, would another player be able to do this??

also i find that suse 10.2 uses a lot of resources, and my pc runs fairly slow. i was wondering if there is a better distro, that will run a little faster??
