    What is with Yast saying things are installed when they are not

    Yast tells me wireless-tools and net-tools are installed yet I can't use the iwconfig or ifconfig commands - Yast tells me openvpn is installed yet I can't use that command either - nor do any of its files show up in a search. Anyone know what is going on there?

    Same thing happens on my desktop and laptop - 64bit and 32bit releases.

    Are you running these commands as root?
