    Exclamation cant start NFS on SLES 10


    cant start NFS on SLES 10
    # vi /etc/exports
    /media 10.0.0.0/24(ro,async)

    then
    # rcnfs start
    Importing Net File System (NFS) unused

    why unused ?

    i got the solution... infact on NIS serve, command to start the NIS server is:
    # /usr/sbin/rcnfsserver start|stop|restart

    /usr/sbin/rcnfs, is used to mount all the nfs-mount points, defined/add in the /etc/fstab
