Network problems
I recently did a fresh install of openSUSE 10.2. All the hardware support installed properly, including my nvidia card and atheros wireless card.
I'm running my computer through my wireless card but after every boot, the card doesn't activate and I can only connect to the internet by opening the YaST configuration and setting up the connection again with the same values. After I click OK I usually cross my fingers in hopes that it'll work. Sometimes it does, sometimes it does not. Nevertheless that's the only way I can get my wireless set up every time I boot.
Is there something wrong with the software or is it me? I really have no idea how to get it working.

Are you using network manager or Traditional Method with ifup?

Both
I've tried both user-managed and traditional ifup.
