Smart and gtk
What can I do to make gtk available to Smart so I can have my SmartGUI interface?. I type: "smart --gui"; error message reads: " Interface 'gtk' not available". I checked and gtk is installed BTW. No reference to " Interface 'gtk' not available" in the forums, even though I checked them completely and in detail. Thanks a lot for any help.
macho@linux-wwtz:~> smart --gui
error: Interface 'gtk' not available

Did you install the smart-gui package? Which desktop KDE or Gnome?

Thanks a lot for your prompt reply. I use Gnome. I was missing python-elementtree and i had to reinstall smart-gui. This is a great source:
