    it depends on what are you going to do after removing SuSe and if any Windows OS installed in your machine already.
    if you are planning to install another Linux distro, then install it over existing SuSe partitions. if you windows is already installed and you are not planning to install any other Linux distros, then delete SuSe partitions and remove GRUB from MBR as well.
    It is amazing what you can accomplish if you do not care who gets the credit.
