M a noob but not that new

    No offense taken.. Thanks..
I did root & password at every attempt..

    I have a laptop with WIN 98 (192.168.1.3)
and a desktop (192.168.1.2) dual booted to OpenSuse 10.2 and win XP SP2 at my clinic
both connected to HUB realtek 8139-series PCI NIC (192.168.1.1) which has a broadBand connection and provides to both the system through wired LAN

All works well with WIN 98 at Laptop and Win XP at desktop..

but I am not able to configure SAMBA to handshake between the two system WIN 98 at laptop and Suse10.2 at desktop..
Broadband connection is provided to both but both do not talk to each other

    Please help..

    here's localhost:901/globals posted---
I have high lighted with red what I felt you would need to help me out
One request is that please do not give away a fish to me rather teach me how to catch one myself..
    Thanks in advance
