Problem if i have two network cards
Dear All,
I already had tp network card in my pc, form which one i am useing for internet(DHCP/Manually) which works fine. Now i want to connect the 2nd network card with another pc to make a private LAN.Should i have to make one network interface card in external zone, and other for other internal zone?

I'd make the internal LAN internal zone. Connect the two computers together with either 2 straight-through cables and a switch/hub, or one cross-over cable.
SUSE should be able to detect a network share pretty easily. Are you running SLED or OpenSUSE? If you cant figure it out, try using WinSCP in Windows and connect to your box with it.I praise Webmin and PuTTy!

I recommend Squid. I don't know much about setting it up, though. I'd imagine it can't be that difficult. I don't have a Suse box in front of me right now, however you should be able to browse the network using one of the built-in applications. I think it might be called "Browse Network" in the GUI. Find the Windows workgroup, then open the shared folder. Sorry I'm not too much help.
